丁青县珠宝工艺厂

　　丁青县珠宝工艺厂筹建于1994年，现拥有固定资产86万元，技术工人38人，已开发出的玉石品种有：丁青象牙玉、丁青碧玉、水晶玛瑙、彩石等。丁青象牙玉，质地高洁细腻，风格独特，象牙光泽，具很高的工艺价值。据中国地质大学测试中心测试，其物理化学性质为：白色，致密块状构造，隐晶质结构，摩氏硬度6-6.5度；密度为2.9-3.1g/cm3，成份为MgCo3、Sio2，当地传说，象牙玉为佛祖释迦牟尼所乘白象的化身，能给人们带来幸福安宁。丁青县珠宝工艺厂现已开发出独具西藏特色的六大系列，上百个品种的产品，创年销售产值120万元。 

　　 Tibet Ivory Jade is discovered solely in Tengchen county at southern foot of Mt.Thanglha, East Tibet. According to the test by the examination center of China University of Geosciences, its physical properties are excellent, pure white in colour, compact composition, massive structure, cryptocry staline texture, Mohr rihidity:6-6.5, desity:2.9-3.1g/cm3,chemical composition:MgCo3.Sio2. Tibet Jinyuyuan Jewelry Co., Ltd. and Tibet Tengchen Jewelry & Articrafts Factory have taken jointed efforts to prospect and exploit ivory jade article series with Tibetan styles.
