    职位描述：

    Description: 1. Responsible for supporting the equipment in the Wafer Fabrication operation in the Diffusion, Photolithography, Implant, Films, Metals,Etch CMP, Cleans or Probe area. 2. Performance routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure maximum availability of the equipment for production use. 3. Respond quickly to equipment problems, interface with process engineering and facilities to ensure equipment runs smoothly. 4. Responsible for the installation of equipment and improvement of the manufacturing equipment performance in the Wafer Fab. 5. Documentation of all engineering and maintenance work. 6. Writing preventative and procedural specifications for equipment. 7. Take responsibility for specific equipment within the Diffusion, Photolithography, Implant, Films, Etch, CMP, Cleans or Probe area.

     Qualifications for Engineers (工程师要求 ) : * At least 2--3 years working experiences in Wafer Fab * Bachelor or above degree. * Good communication skills in English and Chinese. * Hands-on, practical and hard-working. * Good problem solving skills and learning capability. * Team player across multinational cultures.

    Description: 1. Responsible for specific IC device or devices manufactured in the Wafer Fabrication opeartion. 2. Characterization and optimization of the device yields with respect to process parameters. 3. Understand the impact of processing conditions and device performance. 4. Responsible for device probe yields and driving yield enhancement programs. 5. Documentation of all engineering and characterization work undertaken. 6. Interface with process, product engineering and manufacturing personnel as necessary.

    职位描述：

    Description: 1. Responsible for process sustaining activities in the Wafer Fabrication operation. 2. Respond to production processing problems, interface with device engineering, equipment and maintenance engineering and facilities. 3. Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the manufacturing processes to support of the Wafer Fab operation. 4. Specifically improving yields, reducing defectivity and costs, improving manufacturing cycle time, process control and capability. 5. Documentation of all engineering work, writing operating and procedural specifications. 6. Process characterization and implemenatation of statistical process control measures. 7. Take responsibility for specific processes within the (Diffusion, Photolithography, Implant, Films, Etch, CMP, Cleans) area.
