     Requirements:

     Experienced with software testing practices (Risk Analysis,

      Equivalence Classes etc)

     Knowledgeable of the software development life cycle

     Well-aquainted with the testing of market driven software applications

      Experienced in at least one programming language

     Familiar with Visual Test, Rational TestStudio or equivalent

     Excellent written and oral English skills

     Methodical and systematic

     Tactful and diplomatic (but firm when necessary)

     Skeptical, especially about assumptions, and wants to see

     concrete evidence

     Able to notice and pursue odd details

     A knack for anticipating what others will likely misunderstand

     A willingness to experiment, to try something to see what happens

     You must possess a strong and thorough understanding of COM+, relational databases and multi-user database applications. Knowledge of web site development, DHTML, WML, ASP, MTS, IIS are definite assets.

    职位描述：

    The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, tracking, and reporting of each assigned project and provides leadership and motivation for the development team. The Project Manager will provide the overall end-to-end project management; writing Software

     Requirement documents,coordinating revisions, assigning and tracking resources, designing graphical user interfaces and functionality, conforming to the MS Windows GUI standards using Visual Basic or similar Rapid Application Development tools.

      Successful candidates must have a minimum of two years of project

     management experience, the ability to manage concurrent projects, and excellent problem solving skills. Applicants should be highly flexible, self motivated and require minimal work direction. Candidates must also be able to prioritize and achieve goals in a demanding environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related area is desired. Experience with MS Project, MS Office Suite required and programming experience is preferred.

      Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
